The 2019 Egg Drop involved both elementary and middle school students in the Enrichment Program.  Students implemented shoe boxes to design housing for an unboiled egg to withstand a drop from the G.C. Hartman Elementary Building.  There were strict requirements for their contraptions, including the use of no bubble wrap or other certain padding within the box.  Some eggs survived several rounds, while others were not so lucky.  The students enjoyed watching, with great apprehension, to discover how many times their eggs could withstand each round, especially with each round's newly added sabotage attempt at the hands of the upperclassmen enrichment students.
