2019 Senior Spotlight

Students in every school know what they want to study, where they want to go, and maybe even what specific job they want. At Southern Colombia School District, the class of 2019 has worked hard for their entire school career and are now anticipating graduation on June 11.Forms response chart. In the chart below, this shows the percent of students who choose one of four choices after they graduate high school: College/Online College, Work, Military, or other.




This shows that out of 35 students who took a survey, 33 have chosen to go to college and further their education. Two other students have chosen work and other for their plans in the future. As for what colleges the students plan to gain their education from 3 of 35 choose to attend Bloomsburg University and 4 students have chosen Susquehanna and Becknell. One student has chosen to pursue a double major explain how art was always a passion for her but she has chosen a education in psychology because of person experiences in her family. Southern Colombia has allowed all of its students hundreds of opportunities to succeed and experience in things they need to do to succeed. This spotlight shades a light on the future on the future graduates of 2019 who experiences both in and out of school will shape this ever changing world around!
